Join the Friends of Myles Standish State Forest for a night of sky viewing in the forest at one of the darker locations in Myles Standish State Forest. This is a great place to view the planets and constellations, particularly with no moon to wash out the sky.

The night will be led by Jim Kundzicz, a local astronomy enthusiast who will share his sky observing experience. Participants encouraged to bring family members.

The fire tower parking lot is approximately two miles from Park Headquarters. Follow Lower College Pond Rd until reaching junction of Bare Hill Road. Follow signs for Curlew Pond and viewing will be at top of first hill about 1 mile from junction.
