Get your little ones to discover the outdoors during Itty Bitty Bay Explorers, a series of three free outings on Wednesdays in June with Buzzards Bay Coalition. Through fun games and hands-on activities, your family can learn about Buzzards Bay’s animals, plants, and habitats.

The June series will be focusing on different beach habitats around the watershed. This week we are partnering with Mattapoisett Free Public Library to highlight their MOBY backpacks while exploring Goodspeed Island Beach!

Park at the parking lot on Depot Street next to the boat yard. Please do not park at the Mattapoisett YMCA or at Reservation Road.

Itty Bitty Bay Explorers is recommended for families with children five and younger. We encourage you to attend all three programs, but it’s not required.

• June 12: Brainard Marsh (Marion)
• June 19: Goodspeed Island Beach (Mattapoisett)
