Join Betsy Hall and Wildlands Trust for a special midsummer sunrise meditation. Meet at Center Hill Preserve to watch the sun as it rises over the Atlantic in a state of mindful observation. Discussion and walking meditation will follow the sunrise.

Feel free to bring a chair or blanket, as long as you can carry it down the short trail through the woods to the beach. Our workshop is for both beginning and experienced meditators and is a great opportunity to restart or continue your practice!
