Join Friends of Myles Standish State Forest and the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation for a hike exploring the rolling dunes at Horseneck Beach State Reservation. This is a moderate walk, with some sandy and rocky terrain, about 5 miles. The group will hike along the beach, around Gooseberry Island, and through the dune trail.

Wear sturdy winter footgear and dress for the weather; layers are best as it can be windy on the coast. Carry drinking water and a snack. No dogs, please. No restrooms on-site.
