Join us at the Onset Bay Center for beach Yoga for EveryBODY led by Buzzards Bay Coalition volunteer, Cherie! Cherie has been practicing yoga for many years, and her passion led her to undergo yoga teacher training and bring that experience to our Onset Bay community! Cherie loves both yoga and the outdoors, and is looking forward to offering ongoing yoga sessions at the Onset Bay Center.

Cherie will be teaching a gentle, feel good yoga class for every BODY! Participants will gain experience and flexibility as you practice together in a relaxed environment, while helping to support Buzzards Bay Coalition and enjoy beautiful Onset Bay.

The yoga practice will happen on the beach just after sunrise, weather permitting, with the option to move inside the center in the case of inclement weather. 

*Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you like to use during the session. Supplies are NOT provided.*

This is a FREE event! Please consider making a donation on Onset Bay Center and Buzzards Bay Coalition. All donations and program fees go directly toward youth program scholarships.
