If you have ever wanted to learn the basics of shellfishing without investing in a permit and equipment, this is your chance! Buzzards Bay Coalition’s properties at Onset Beach, Burges Point, and Wickets Island are amazing locations to wade and dig for quahogs and other shellfish. This catch and release activity will be led by OBC staff, and all equipment, including waders and rakes, is provided. This is a monthly program, so join us once, or come every month to see what we can find in our beautiful bay!
