This free annual event welcomes butterfly watchers of all ages and skill levels to help census as many areas of Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary as possible. Members of the Massachusetts Butterfly Club will lead teams across multiple habitats in the 593-acre sanctuary and provide expertise in identifying butterflies. This Buzzards Bay location is a hot spot for late-season emigrants and caterpillars. Who knows what will turn up this year? Please dress for an outdoor adventure.
