A fabulous jump start for your weekend. We will start with some kayaking along the scenic shores of West Island in Fairhaven and finsish up with a guided yoga session by our talented Lynn Connors. This is an experienced paddle but no yoga experinces needed. This is a BYOK (bring your own kayak) event with out facilities at the site.
