Take a walk through the summertime forest in the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve with Green Futures! The group will be exploring the Mill Brook Bogs Wildlife Management Area within the Southeastern Massachusetts Bioreserve. This walk will also stop and view the pollinator habitat created by a Freetown Eagle Scout, and discuss why pollinators are so important – and how you can help preserve them.

Meet at the parking area on the south side of Howland Road; if you see a vast cranberry bog off to your right behind a single row of houses you have just passed the parking area.

Dress appropriately for the weather. Length of walk approximately 2 miles. Water and snack always a good idea. Rain cancels walk.
