Join the Wildlands Trust and Russ Norton from Cape Cod Cooperative Extension for this presentation and field walk about invasive plants. The presentation will cover the identification and biology of many of the most common invasive plants found in Southeastern Massachusetts. The group will discuss prevention and small-scale management options. After the presentation, the group will go on a short walk to identify and observe invasive plants in the field. The program will leave you with the information necessary to properly identify the most common invasive plants and how you might manage them on a small scale.
