Itty Bitty Bay Explorers: Catching Crabs

Get your little ones to discover the outdoors during Itty Bitty Bay Explorers, a series of four free outings in September with Buzzards Bay Coalition.
Through fun games and hands-on activities, your family can learn about Buzzards Bay’s animals, plants, and habitats.
This week it’s all about exploring the marshes of Eel Pond, where we will see how many different types of crab we can find!
Meeting/Parking Location: Parking will be at the Mattapoisett YMCA. Drive through the entrance of the YMCA, go past the main building and park in the lot on the right hand side of the basketball/tennis courts.
Itty Bitty Bay Explorers is recommended for families with children five and younger. We encourage you to attend all four programs, but it’s not required. Please note that signing up for one program will not register you for all of them.
