A Buzzards Bay Coalition favorite. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise over Buzzards Bay on a winter solstice walk with the Buzzards Bay Coalition at West Island State Reservation in Fairhaven. During this hour-long stroll, you’ll take in beautiful morning views as you walk through the forest to the scenic salt marsh. Comfortable shoes and layers are recommended.

Registration is free but required, as space is limited due to the need for social distancing.

All participants more than five years old are required to wear a mask, in accordance with state regulations. All Coalition events are organized to meet current social distancing regulations, including limiting group size.
