Join us during the “Golden Hour” at Gooseberry Point to photograph sunrise with local Westport historian and expert photographer.  We will photograph the sunrise (6:42 am) and anything that interests us, being sure to take advantage of the warm, low slanting light and long shadows that add texture, contrast, and detail to our subjects.

Anyone with any skill level and any photography equipment – including smartphones – can participate. Instructions will be provided in advance by email, a few days before the program. After the program, participants are welcome to join a private Facebook group where they can post their photos they took during the program and get feedback from Greg Stone. As a nature photographer, wear layers and comfortable shoes for the rocky and uneven terrain. Participation is capped at 15 participants. Pre-registration is required. Ages 16 and up.
