Join the Westport Land Conservation Trust for an introductory workshop on winter fruit tree management. Established in 2015 by local landscape architect Emily Vogler, the Mill Pond Conservation Area fruit tree project is an experiment in cultivating an organic micro-orchard. Keys to pruning techniques and winter pest management will be provided.

This workshop is free and open to the public. Space is limited, so please register by email. Participants are encouraged to bring a sharp pair of hand clippers if they wish to take part in the pruning.
