Join us for yoga on the beach led by Ebb and Flow Wellness in partnership with the Buzzards Bay Coalition. You’ll get the chance to relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the water during this free, hour-long outdoor yoga session. Please bring a beach towel (instead of a mat), water, and a blanket. Ebb and Flow will provide all-natural bug spray.
