Hi friends,

Many of you ask me where I like to go for artistic inspiration. The beautiful area of Buzzards Bay is one of my faves! This region has directly inspired about 30 of my paintings. Buzzards Bay is the large Atlantic bay between Massachusetts' South Coast and Cape Cod, including the west side of the island of Martha's Vineyard at the iconic Aquinnah cliffs.

This is why I decided to gift a painting to the Buzzards Bay Coalition's collection of art at their headquarters in New Bedford. Coalition President Mark Rasmussen gave remarks about this selected painting, "Little Sippewisset Marsh."

My father gave me the idea to make this gift. He serves as a Coalition volunteer and rides 100 miles on his bicycle in the Watershed Ride each fall to raise awareness and funds. He is an inspiration to me and many others! I'm excited to give back in this way, but honestly, the beauty of this region has given me so much more than I could ever give back.
